Chapter Four
They made it through the evening without incident. Tawnie was relaxed and actually enjoying herself by the time Sam suggested they head out. As they said their goodbyes, reality sank back in and she was a little sad to know she would probably never see these people again, some of whom were quite enjoyable to be around. The Peterman couple were hilarious and so very nice. She hugged Joann before leaving. An empty promise to see each other again soon almost had her spouting the horrid truth about why she was there at all.
Once outside, she began to doubt her ability to do this over and over again with different people. She felt like such a fraud. How did the others deal with it?
“That went really well. I have to admit I was nervous about this whole deal, I wasn’t sure what to expect when…uh, ordering a date.”
“I think it was awesome,” Ethan commented, sliding an arm around Tawnie’s back. His other went around Sam’s. “Now we should all go back to the hotel and relax with a drink.”
“It was fun,” Tawnie said, wondering if she should admit this was not something she had ever done before. It seemed unfair to let them think she was a professional—they might be in for a huge disappointment back at the hotel.
Images of naked, pulsing bodies filled her mind, hers sandwiched between theirs. She shivered as erotic pleasure coursed through her veins, ending in a coil low in her belly. She wanted this.
Sam opened the door to a taxi that had pulled up. “That sounds like a good idea,” he said, throwing a questioning look in Ethan’s direction. Tawnie saw it, and the wink Ethan gave him in response.
Tawnie didn’t say anything as she situated herself in the backseat. She knew that if she wanted to admit this was her first time as a professional, it wasn’t something she wanted to admit in the back of a cab with a witness. She would see how it went in the room. Maybe honesty isn’t important here, she reasoned.
“Of course, if you would rather we dropped you off somewhere, that would be fine as well. You did fulfil your end of our bargain,” Sam said as she remained silent.
She looked over at the two men, so attractive, so nice and so into her. She couldn’t understand why they would want to sleep with her, but she wasn’t going to let this opportunity pass her by. Even if she had met them in a bar and they had picked her up, she would have been ready and willing. This was the type of experience she had always secretly dreamt of.
“I think a drink would be nice.” Her voice had gone a bit husky from excitement and her palms were hot with nerves.
Ethan kept the conversation going light and easy as they made their way to the hotel. He seemed so at ease—she was sure he had been in this scenario before, and hoped he would continue to take the lead once they were all naked.
